COSA: <br>Десять років довіри, побудованої на перевіреній інформації

For ten years, we have been providing international corporate players, organizations, and governments with verified actionable information, aimed at helping them make informed decisions in a changing environment.

Established in March 2014 in Ukraine, a month into the first phase of the Russian invasion of the country, within a year, COSA was already working with several leading international firms, including a multinational risk management agency, a global leader in the information business, and a top European bank. The company worked hard shaping its solutions portfolio, improving research methods, and sharpening its country knowledge on a regional and global scale.

Integrity Due Diligence has become COSA’s core service where our customers benefit from our in-depth open source intelligence skillset and unique approach to human source enquiries. With some muscle built up, the company adopted new branding followed by the launch of IntellTech Lab in 2018 which produced COSA’s own intelligence platform, WASP, a few years later.

2020 was marked by new Partners joining the firm and bringing in their exceptional expertise in forensic, risk and product management. That same year, COSA was granted the status of an approved vendor of one of the most prominent international financial institutions.

While building up our expertise and operational capabilities, by 2021 we were covering around 80 countries around the world with on-the-ground presence in Kyiv, Vilnius and Istanbul.

COSA’s widely recognized Baltic-Black Sea region expertise brought us to the point where over a hundred international clients from over 12 sectors came to rely on our professional advice by 2022, including companies that lead their industries globally.

Despite the geopolitical turbulence and the full-scale war, with our new Partner Safian Khan joining us in 2022 from London, we have expanded our operations in South Asia and strengthened our positions in Central Asian states through an analytical on-the-ground arm in Islamabad and an expanded network throughout the Silk Road nations and the Middle East.

With over 8,000 reports on subjects in more than 90 countries, participation as expert speakers in about 500 professional conferences, forums and round tables, and about 100 publications on sanctions, corruption, compliance and the security and defense sector issues in top international media and academic resources, we have come a long way together on this path of growth and evolution.

Today, COSA is trusted by global business leaders, international organizations, NGOs, and governments, providing complex solutions in strategic intelligence, integrity due diligence, business diplomacy, compliance system development, security issues, and cross-border investigations in the most challenging jurisdictions. Our expertise is utilized for problem-solving on an international scale within such areas as anti-corruption, anti-money laundering and terrorism financing, sanctions policy, and overall transnational security.

In addition to business activities, COSA experts take an active part in civil projects and campaigns to support a transparent, compliant, and safe business environment for the good of the people who want peace and prosperity.

We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to all our Clients and Partners for being with us and supporting COSA through these challenging years.

We are deeply grateful to the Security and Defense Forces for the opportunity to do our work, and for defending the freedom and independence of Ukraine and the entire democratic world.

In the next decade, we will continue to develop a culture of systemic and diligent corporate intelligence for the confident and safe development of our customers around the world.
